Nationwide Insured Delivery & Courier Tariff Schedule
Every VitaSupremo parcel is packaged in tamper-evident, discreet protective packaging and dispatched via insured courier service. Shipping charges are standardized by order amount and automatically applied during checkout.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines
Orders placed on our website are automatically verified and synchronized into our Pancake POS logistics queue. Our fulfillment warehouse in Metro Manila operates Monday through Saturday:
- Orders placed before 1:00 PM PHT: Packaged and dispatched to the courier on the same business day.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM PHT: Processed and handed over to the courier on the following business morning.
- Sunday / Holiday Orders: Dispatched on the next immediate working business day.
2. Official Shipping Fee Schedule (Tiered by Amount)
Shipping costs are calculated according to order subtotal as follows:

3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes by Region
We partner with the Philippines’ most reliable courier networks (J&T Express, Ninja Van, and Flash Express) to ensure safe transit to your doorstep:

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Guidelines
Cash on Delivery is available nationwide across all service areas. When choosing COD:
- You only pay when the rider physically hands over your parcel.
- Please prepare the exact cash amount in Philippine Pesos (₱) to facilitate a swift, contactless handover with the courier rider.
- Couriers provide up to two (2) delivery attempts. If you will be unavailable at your delivery address, you may designate an authorized representative with the exact payment.
4. Discreet & Tamper-Proof Packaging
Your privacy matters to us. VitaSupremo is shipped in durable, opaque, unmarked exterior courier packaging. The exterior box or polymailer does not describe product details or health claims. Inside, each VitaSupremo bottle is protected by heavy-duty bubble wrap and an intact tamper-evident security seal.
5. Tracking Your Delivery
As soon as your order is confirmed, you receive an official order number (e.g. BIO-2026-XXXXXXXX). You can monitor your order verification, packing, and courier dispatch in real time through our dedicated tracking page:
