1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, browsing product information, or placing an order for VitaSupremo, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our 60-Day Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Product Usage & Health Disclaimer

VitaSupremo is formulated as a nutritional wellness supplement containing standardized botanical extracts (Maca Root, Damiana Leaf, Guarana Seed) and essential B-vitamins.

• Age Requirement: This product is intended for adults aged 18 and older.
• Directions: Take strictly according to the approved label instructions (1 tablet daily). Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
• Medical Consultation: Individuals with pre-existing cardiovascular conditions, hypertension, chronic health disorders, or those taking prescription medication should consult their personal physician before starting any dietary supplement.

3. Order Placement & Cash on Delivery (COD) Commitment

When you place an order on our website:

• You warrant that all customer information provided (full name, Philippine phone number, and delivery address) is true, current, and complete.
• Selecting Cash on Delivery (COD) constitutes a binding commitment to receive the package and tender payment in Philippine Pesos (₱) to the delivery rider upon arrival.
• Orders are synchronized immediately to our Pancake POS fulfillment system for warehouse dispatch. Fraudulent orders, refuse-on-delivery without valid cause, or intentional bogus bookings undermine courier operations and will result in permanent blacklisting from future purchases.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the site are in Philippine Pesos (₱ PHP). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or update bundle promotions at any time prior to order confirmation. Once your order has been successfully placed, the confirmed checkout total is locked and will not change.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to brand trademarks, logos, typography, visual layouts, packaging imagery, bottle photography, text, and software code, is the exclusive intellectual property of BIOCORE Philippines and is protected under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293). Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these terms or your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
